Dear Customers,
As of the 24th of February 2022, we no longer sell any diamonds of Russian origin because of ethical concerns. Furthermore, we donate 10% of every sale to humanitarian missions in the affected region for the victims of warfare. Our policy is 100% rigid against totalitarian regimes and protective of innocent civilians.
As much as this hurts, the ban marks the beginning of more responsible business conduct in our industry towards ESG impact.
Instead, we now source all our diamonds at mines that report ESG issues according to global standards and significantly improve on a YOY base. That means that we assess the published CSR documents of the mines in a detailed review. The reports must show measurable efforts and substantial improvements. As a result of being serious, we do not accept mining companies as suppliers that pursue Greenwashing PR.
We only use diamonds from mines, comprehensively documenting their improvements by providing transparent and verifiable data audited by third parties we trust. In the next step, we assess the data and put it into the perspective of probable achievable targets and benchmarks.
Benchmark indexes are the Paris Climate Accord, the UN Global Compact, and the UN Sustainability Development Goals. Links:

Furthermore, we fully commit to the EU taxonomy, which states that doing good in business, on the one hand, must exclude any harmful activities on the other.
That is a significant step on our journey to a Net-Zero-Carbon footprint business with a positive impact on the world.
We welcome all dialogue with customers interested to learn more. Please reach out to Noemi Diamonds if you have any questions.
Yours sincerely,
