Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome

The rest of the day is yours to unwind—whether in quiet reflection or connecting with the group.

Day 2 – Creativity & Inspiration
Start the day with a refreshing morning yoga session, followed by an introduction from your instructors.    With a background spanning Amsterdam’s modern design scene and Florence’s historic artisan culture, Antje Noemi, the founder of Noemi Diamonds, brings extensive expertise in sustainable jewelry concepts, gemstone selection, and bespoke creations. She will also guide you in developing concepts—covering drawing, gouache painting techniques, and digital design options—ensuring each piece reflects your personal vision. 2. Doerthe – Goldsmith
   Doerthe is a skilled Florentine goldsmith with years of experience in traditional metalworking and DIY workshops. Combining classic techniques with contemporary design, she guides students through each hands-on stage of the craft, making the process an engaging journey of transformation. 3. Silvana and Iga – Yoga Instructors & Mindfulness Coaches
   Silvana and Iga lead the retreat’s daily yoga sessions and guided meditations, helping participants center body and mind. Silvana specializes in gentle Yin Yoga and invigorating Power Vinyasa flows with controlled breathing, while Iga focuses on traditional Hatha Yoga.
