As the founder of Noemi Diamonds, I have always been deeply committed to creating exquisite jewellery that captivates with its beauty and embodies the values of sustainability and ethical responsibility. Our journey has been one of unwavering dedication to crafting luxury while making a positive impact on the world.

When you hold a Noemi Diamond creation, you are holding a gem with an origin on this planet – a story of a diamond that has been responsibly sourced, with utmost care for the environment and the communities involved. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our diamonds are conflict-free, working closely with initiatives like the Kimberley Process and investing in blockchain technology to enable transparent traceability from mine to market.

But our commitment goes beyond conflict-free assurance. We believe that true luxury should uplift and empower. That's why we actively support education and vocational training programs in the communities where our diamonds are sourced. By providing access to education and skill development, we are not only fighting poverty, but also creating opportunities for a brighter future. This aligns with the UN Global Compact goals, which we, as a responsible diamond design company, are deeply committed to.

Our sustainability efforts extend to every facet of our operations. We have transitioned to renewable energy sources in our offices and work with mining partners who prioritize ecological restoration and water conservation. We also donate 1% of our turnover to the inspiring initiative 8 Billion Trees, contributing to reforestation efforts worldwide. Even in our day-to-day work, we make conscious choices – opting for electric vehicles powered by renewables and choosing train travel whenever possible to minimize our carbon footprint.

However, we recognize that sustainability is a journey of continuous improvement. We are not perfect, but we are dedicated to learning, evolving, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in ethical luxury. We openly acknowledge the challenges and controversies within the diamond industry, and we are actively working to be part of the solution.
